When PBN 2.0 is blended into the cold juice blend I enjoy for Breakfast each day (except for Sundays) it now provides the following carbs per 320mL serving:
With the one gram of carbs provided by 2 heaping tablespoons of PBN 2.0 this provides me with 10.08 grams of carbs to start my day. As can be seen from the table, prune juice provides 4.2 times more carbs than does tomato juice per serving. This week we are making the juice blend provide equal carbs by mixing the following:
And we are reducing the carbs per serving by 15%; all to help ourselves feel younger longer!
